Overview

While DocuPanda has a very robust API, it's often useful to build out solutions without involving engineering resources. In this paper you can find our video tutorial which explains how you can:

  1. Monitor your Gmail inbox to scan for any incoming emails with attached invoices or receipts

  2. Standardize the attachments using a invoice understanding schema, extracting key information like

  3. Push the results into a google spreadsheet, noting the amount, date invoice Id, and description.

The demo uses make.com, a no-code integration tool that lets you move your results into 5,000 different destinations, including accounting softwares, databases, CRMs and many more.
